The next part of my Fancy & Fabulous Estate Auction goes OVER THE MINITOP with an assortment of gorgeous, elegant and delicious artisan and quality crafted dollhouse miniatures, part of an estate from a collector from the Midwest looking to downsize after years of careful curation!

The auction begins on Sunday, October 12 at 7pm ET and ends on Sunday, October 19 at 7pm ET. The auction, hosted in my eBay Store includes many divine and super inspirational pieces to add to a collection, to help build a roombox around or just because it makes you happy!

New York City Collector: Estate Sale Preview/Auctions Starts Sept 14

Get ready for a all new estate sale filled with tiny treasures from the collection of a New York City enthusiasts looking to downsize. After many years of assembling roomboxes and acquiring pieces to place inside, Linda Nielsen decided she would like her miniature marvels to move on to new homes!
