BADASS MINIATURES: New Exhibition!

Our latest exhibition BadAss Miniatures – Causing a Little Trouble opens on Saturday, May 5th at our studio/gallery in Yonkers NY. 35 artists create tiny art without boundaries. These small works are defiant, quirky and compelling. Some may make you feel slightly uncomfortable. Welcome to the disobedient dollhouse. The show is co-curated by Kate Ünver founder of The Daily Mini and runs through July 22 - check here for details.

Fraud Alert

Small sleuths in the miniatures world have noticed that retail and social media site My Tiny Objects (Instagram: @mytinyobjects) is using images without authorization or credit and selling miniatures which make it appear as though they are hand made by them!

Kerry Pajutee

One image posted on their website (which has since been taken down) is a well-known image of a miniatures tool chest created by Bill Robertson and offered at $29.99 (Horrors!).

Elga Koster

The miniatures world is not having it. Facebook posts are being shared widely alerting folks to beware of any purchases at this site.

Nell Corkin

So Beware and don't purchase from My Tiny Objects and report to sites like Facebook, PayPal, Stripe and Instagram.
