The sale of dollhouse miniatures treasures from the estate of Lucy Ungerman Seiler continues. Lucy's passion for miniatures was defined by creativity, curiosity, and an enduring love for small-scale worlds. This very large and diverse assortment moves to new homes through 7-day auctions (weekly/bi-weekly) beginning on Sundays in my eBay store throughout Spring 2026. This is one of the most extensive collections I've ever worked on, spanning across multiple categories, genres and scales. It includes carefully curated artisan and quality-crafted commercial miniatures in addition to delightful miniatures made by Lucy herself while attending countless workshops and seminars and a lifetime of learning from some of the most noted instructors in the miniatures world. Lucy’s had a love of Halloween, it wasn’t just a passing interest—it was part of who she was. Born on October 31st, she had a natural fascination with all things witchy, whimsical, and just a little mysterious, and that passion comes through in the incredible assortment of Halloween miniatures she collected and created. From artisan witch dolls and spooky scenes to themed furniture, accessories, and imaginative vignettes, she built an entire miniature world around it. I’ll be starting to release many of these pieces in this weekend’s auction, with even more to follow in the weeks ahead—so if this is a genre you love, there’s a lot to look forward to.

Meet the Miniaturist Jeff Swim from Doodler's Workshop. Jeff is an accomplished small scale craftsman with an impressive workspace filled with tools and machinery which help to bring his creations to life.

In this podcast, Jeff takes us through the process of how he creates one of his fine scale miniatures including an expanding 1:12 hardwood table and will share some of the various tools and techniques he uses including CAD, CAM and traditional hand applications. We were also treated to a walk through of his awesome workshop.
