Casey's Story: A Passion Rekindled
Casey's journey into the world of miniatures is a testament to the power of rediscovering passion. It all started when her sister found a discarded dollhouse—a true diamond in the rough. Casey, then a teenager, spent years revamping it but set it aside in her 20s. However, the miniature bug bit again when she turned 30.
"I just dove headfirst into it and went down that rabbit hole," Casey shared during our podcast. She discovered the vibrant Instagram miniature community, which inspired her and helped forge new friendships. This rekindled passion motivated her to create miniatures for herself and eventually opened an Etsy shop. Two years ago, she even debuted at the Philadelphia Miniature Show, eight months pregnant!
